I made this one for the 10 year anniversary in January. My description in the email to Jagex about it goes like this:

"As Mod Crow gave me in response that I can still send away a picture of a cake, I decided to make one (which took me 3 days and cost $58.60) to send.
The players on the first level of the cake are a Ranger with epic questcape, a lvl 138 with firecape and full Bandos stealing the sword in your logo (which has somehow turned into a Saradomin godsword) and a noob in Zamorak rune plate who is fishing tunas (and I wanted to make fireworks over her head to make her level but didn't want to mix in real life picture with edited Paint stuff).
The players on the top level are a guy in Dagon'hai who is stupid enough to not bring a dragon fire shield and is about to get toasted and lose his red partyhat as he realizes his clan mate freaked out and turned into an easter egg next to him.
There are also a Varrock flag which shows that scene is probably somewhere near Varrock castle even though blue dragons don't reside there. There is also 2 cakes and a pizza next to the fire, the portal, dragon hatchet drop with bones and a scroll on the wall that says something (was meant to be a map)."

Later that night I had a pm from Mod Timbo on behalf of the whole Jagex office, and we talked about it Monday morning. I never got a message in my center however like he said I "might" do and that was the end of it ...
